Open your company, then choose New entry, or go to Journal and choose New journal entry.
Set company invoice details
Only Owner can edit company invoice details. Admin, Accountant, Approver, Bookkeeper and Viewer cannot. These details are captured when an invoice is posted; updates do not rewrite previously captured invoice details.

Company members can read periods. BOOKKEEPER or higher can create periods. ACCOUNTANT or higher can close periods. ADMIN or OWNER can lock, unlock, and reopen periods. These actions require the respective server permissions. Open your company first, then go to Periods.
